The balanced Wachenheimer Gerümpel 1er Cru Riesling 1.5 l Magnum from Germany is a varietal wine, vinified from the Riesling grape variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in the Palatinate. Here, the vines drive their roots deep into sandstone soils. After the harvest, the grapes are brought to the press house as quickly as possible. There they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine is aged for several months on the fine lees before it is finally bottled.
