The powerful Wilder Roter from Germany is a cuvée, vinified from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Dornfelder. After the grape harvest, the grapes arrive at the winery by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Wilder Roter can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for several months.
