More information about Wildlife Weißwein Cuvée - Weingut Hörner
The elegant Wildlife white wine cuvée from Weingut Hörner’s hand comes into the glass with a bright pale yellow. This German cuvée reveals wonderfully expressive notes of mango, lemon, green apple and gooseberry in the glass. There are also hints of vanilla and walnut.
The Weingut Hörner Wildlife white wine cuvée presents itself to the wine enthusiast as delightfully dry. This white wine never appears rough or lean, but rather round and smooth. On the finish, this white wine from the Palatinate wine-growing region ultimately delights with a lovely length. Again, nuances of gooseberry and green apple become apparent.
Vinification of the Weingut Hörner Wildlife white wine cuvée
This well-balanced white wine from Germany is crafted from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Blanc. After harvesting, the grapes are brought to the press house as quickly as possible. There they are sorted and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The vinification is followed by maturation for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally bottled.
