Vinification of Trambusti’s Chianti

The Chianti Trambusti red wine comes from the renowned region of Tuscany, more precisely from the Chianti DOCG area. The warm climate and calcareous soils of this region create ideal conditions for the Sangiovese grape variety, also known as Prugnolo Gentile. The grapes grow on optimally oriented vineyards and ripen carefully before they are harvested by hand to ensure the highest quality.

The hand harvest is carried out precisely at the optimal ripening point, in order to preserve the freshness and full spectrum of aromas. After the harvest, the grapes are gently pressed, and the must undergoes controlled alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures. This preserves the typical fruity and floral aromas of the Chianti Trambusti red wine. The subsequent malolactic fermentation lends the wine a soft texture and rounds off the acidity.

Maturation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and pure varietal characteristics of the Sangiovese grape. Through this gentle process, a perfectly formed red wine is created that combines the traditional character of Chianti with modern elegance.
