More information about Bentz Rosé Cuvée trocken - Aldinger
Aldinger's Bentz Rosé Cuvée is a tribute to the winery's founder, Bentz der Aldinger, who founded the estate in the 15th century. The raspberry red rosé wine shows fruity notes of raspberries and wild strawberries in the glass. Spicy hints, some lemon balm as well as a nuance of rosehip and hibiscus round out the bouquet.
On the palate, the Aldinger Bentz Rosé enchants with crisp acidity, fine melting and unheard-of fruitiness. Juicy and with irrepressible drinkability, this Württemberg rosé rushes into a lovely, medium-length finish.
Vinification of the Bentz Rosé Cuvée from Aldinger
The Bentz Rosé is vinified from Pinot Noir, Lemberger, Trollinger, Merlot and various Cabernet varieties. The must is classically produced using the saignée method, where the macerated red grapes are bled and after some time the rosé must is drawn off and fermented in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures of 16-18°C.
Food recommendation for the Bentz Rosé Cuvée from Aldinger
