The Lugana DOC from Cecilia Beretta reveals itself in the glass in a pale straw yellow with floral notes and aromas of fresh fruit such as ripe apple and pear, complemented by floral hints of acacia.

The Cecilia Beretta Lugana is light and spicy on the palate with a pleasant acidity and beautiful length.

Vinification of Cecilia Beretta Lugana

This white wine is vinified from 100% Trebbiano di Lugana.

After cold maceration, the grapes are pressed and the must is partially clarified and fermented with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks.

Recommendation for the Cecilia Beretta Ca'Nova Lugana

Enjoy this dry white wine with salads, starters or fish and seafood.
