The elegant Chardonnay Perer from the house of Longariva pours into the glass with a bright golden yellow. The first nose of the Chardonnay Perer presents nuances of apricots, bananas and brioche. Additional fruity-balsamic nuances join the fruity components of the bouquet.
This wine tastes pleasantly dry. It was bottled with an exceptionally low residual sugar content. This is a genuine quality wine that clearly stands out from simpler qualities and, despite all its dryness, this Italian naturally enchants with the finest balance. Aroma does not necessarily require a lot of sugar. On the palate, this well-balanced white wine is characterized by an extremely silky and creamy texture. On the finish, this wine from the Trentino-Alto Adige wine-growing region delights with a beautiful length. Once again, hints of apricot and brioche appear.
Vinification of the Longariva Chardonnay Perer
This wine clearly focuses on a single grape variety, namely Chardonnay. For this wonderfully balanced varietal wine from Longariva, only the best grape material was harvested. After picking, the grapes are brought to the winery as quickly as possible. There they are sorted and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally drawn off.
