This special Montepulciano presents itself in the glass with an intense ruby red and caresses the nose with pronounced aromas of plums and cherry jam. The bouquet of this wine is complemented by notes of tobacco and a delicate spiciness.

On the palate, the Dieci Vendemmie from Ulisse appears as a wonderfully robust red wine that moves softly and seductively across the tongue. Its fine tannins and noble residual sweetness make it incredibly smooth. The finish is characterized by flavors of cocoa, coffee, and vanilla.

Vinification of the Tenuta Ulisse Dieci Vendemmie

This red wine is a blend of wines from 10 different vintages. Some of the grapes for this wine were harvested slightly overripe. This was followed by a 15-20 day maceration, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation. A portion of the Dieci Vendemmie was aged for 12 months in oak barrels.
