The Doppio Passo Rosato from Casa Vinicola Carlo Botter is a pure rosé from the Primitivo grape.
This wine has a strong rosé color with sparkling highlights in the glass. The bouquet is bursting with intense aromas of fresh blackberries and juicy redcurrants. On the palate, the luscious berries are in wonderful harmony with the subtle hints of spice, good acidity and full-bodied character. Unmistakable and makes you look forward to summer!
Vinification of the Doppio Passo Rosato
The grapes for this Italian rosé are carefully selected during the harvest. The grape must is cooled on the skins. The subsequent maceration time is 12 hours at 5 - 7 °C. The temperature-controlled fermentation of this rosé takes place in stainless steel tanks.
