This powerful white wine from Italy is vinified from the Gewürztraminer grape variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Trentino-Alto Adige. Here the vines drive their roots deep into limestone soils. After harvesting, the grapes are brought quickly to the winery. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation is complete, the Gewurztraminer Cros Del Mont can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for 5 months.
