Vinification of the Pinot Gris Am Nussbaum by Spiess
The basis for the balanced Pinot Gris Am Nussbaum from Rheinhessen are grapes from the Pinot Gris grape variety. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully ground. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
