The basis for the balanced Gröbner St. Magdalener Classico Alto Adige from Trentino-Alto Adige are grapes from the Lagrein and Vernatsch grape varieties. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are transported to the press house as quickly as possible. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in large oak barrels at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by ageing for several months in large oak barrels.
