Josef Rosch's Hauptsache Riesling from the Moselle offers a brilliant, light yellow color in the glass. The first nose of the Hauptsache Riesling shows nuances of honeysuckle, lime and jasmine. The fruity components of the bouquet are joined by cream candy, brioche and yeast plait.
The Josef Rosch Hauptsache Riesling impresses with its elegantly dry taste. It was bottled with 6.2 grams of residual sugar. This is a real quality wine, which clearly stands out from simpler qualities and so this German wine naturally enchants with the finest balance despite all dryness. Excellent taste does not necessarily require a lot of residual sugar. Due to its vital fruit acid, the Hauptsache Riesling is wonderfully fresh and lively on the palate. Vinification of the Josef Rosch Hauptsache Riesling
The basis for the elegant main thing Riesling from the Mosel are grapes from the grape variety Riesling. After the hand harvest, the grapes arrive quickly at the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
