Vinification of the Höhenflug Chardonnay by Thomas Hensel
This balanced white wine from Germany is made from the Chardonnay grape variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in the Palatinate region. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into soils of sand and marl. After harvesting, the grapes quickly reach the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up.
