Vinification of Irisse Vermentino Montecucco by Colle Massari
This powerful white wine from Italy is organically vinified from the Vermentino grape variety. After hand-picking, the grapes are brought immediately to the winery. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
