More information about J Brauneberger Riesling trocken - Fritz Haag

The elegant J Brauneberger Riesling from Fritz Haag flows into the glass with a bright light yellow color. Swiveling the glass, one can perceive a perfect balance in this white wine, as it does not stand out watery or syrupy or liqueur-like on the walls of the glass. In the glass, this white wine from Fritz Haag presents aromas of plums, apricots and peaches, complemented by white pepper. This wine delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with 4.9 grams of residual sugar. As you would expect from a premium and site wine segment, this German wine naturally enraptures with the finest balance for all its dryness. Taste does not necessarily require a lot of sugar. On the tongue, this balanced white wine is characterized by an incredibly light texture. Due to its concise fruit acidity, the J Brauneberger Riesling is wonderfully fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this youthful wine from the wine-growing region of the Moselle finally inspires with considerable length. Once again, hints of apricot and plum appear. In the aftertaste, mineral notes of the slate-dominated soils join in.

Vinification of the Fritz Haag J Brauneberger Riesling

The basis for the balanced J Brauneberger Riesling from Germany are grapes from the Riesling grape variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Mosel. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of slate. Of course, J Brauneberger Riesling is also determined by climate and viticultural style Brauneberg. This German wine can literally be called an Old World wine, which is exceptionally impressive. After the grape harvest, the grapes reach the press house by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the J Brauneberger Riesling is allowed to further harmonize on the fine lees for several months.

Food recommendation for the Fritz Haag J Brauneberger Riesling
