More information about Kerner Le Lche - Pravis
In the glass, Kerner Le Lche from the Pravis estate presents a bright light-yellow color. Poured into a white wine glass, this Old World white wine reveals wonderfully expressive aromas of mirabelle plum, lemon, ripe apple and green apple, rounded off by further fruity nuances.
On the palate, Pravis’ Kerner Le Lche opens wonderfully aromatic, fruit-driven and balanced. On the palate, the texture of this well-balanced white wine is delightfully crisp and fleshy. The finish of this white wine from the Trentino-Alto Adige wine region, more precisely from Trentino DOC, ultimately delights with a lovely aftertaste. The finish is also accompanied by mineral notes from the gravel-dominated soils.
Vinification of Kerner Le Lche from Pravis
This wine clearly focuses on a single grape variety, namely Kerner. For this wonderfully balanced varietal wine from Pravis, only flawless grape material was harvested. In Trentino-Alto Adige, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on gravel soils. After harvesting, the grapes are quickly brought to the winery. There they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation is complete, Kerner Le Lche can continue to harmonize for several months on the fine lees.
