Vinification of La Fleur by Weingut Studier
The elegant La Fleur from Germany is a cuvée, vegan-produced from the grape varieties Morio Muskat and Muskat Ottonel. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in the Pfalz. Here, the vines sink their roots deep into soils of clay and loess. After the harvest, the grapes are brought quickly to the winery. There they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The vinification is followed by maturation for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally bottled.
