This Italian wine tastes pleasantly dry. It was bottled with exceptionally little residual sugar. This is a genuine quality wine that clearly stands out from simpler qualities and, despite all its dryness, this Italian naturally delights with the finest balance. Aroma does not necessarily require a lot of sugar. Powerful and multi-faceted, this light, silky and crisp rosé wine presents itself on the palate. The finish of this rosé wine from the Trentino-Alto Adige wine-growing region, more precisely from Alto Adige/Südtirol DOC, finally convinces with a beautiful aftertaste. The finish is also accompanied by mineral notes from the limestone- and clay-dominated soils.
Vinification of Lieselehof Orange Bronner Julian
The basis for the first-class and wonderfully powerful Orange Bronner Julian cuvée from Lieselehof are Bronner and Johanniter grapes. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Trentino-Alto Adige. Here the vines sink their roots deep into soils of clay and limestone. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the winery. There they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks and large wooden casks at controlled temperatures. After it is complete, the powerful Orange Bronner Julian is aged for another 12 months in oak barrels.
