The finish of this wine from the Veneto wine-growing region is impressive with its considerable length. Once again, there are hints of orange blossom and jasmine.

Vinification of the Extra Dry Prosecco Spumante from Sacchetto

This Prosecco Spumante clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Glera. Only the best grapes were used for this wonderfully elegant single-varietal wine from Sacchetto. Following the manual harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully pressed. The base wines are then fermented.
