This Italian wine impresses with its elegantly dry taste profile. It was bottled with 6.3 grams of residual sugar. For an entry-level wine this is by no means a given, and despite all its dryness this Italian charmer delights with the finest balance. Flavor does not necessarily require a lot of sugar. On the palate, this well-balanced white wine is characterized by an exceptionally light texture. Thanks to the moderate acidity, the Pinot Grigio caresses the palate with a velvety feel, without sacrificing juicy liveliness at the same time. The finish of this white wine from the Sicilian wine-growing region ultimately captivates with a beautiful aftertaste.
Vinification of the Biorebe Pinot Grigio
The balanced Pinot Grigio from Italy is a varietal wine, vinified from the Pinot Grigio grape variety. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are immediately brought to the press house. There they are selected and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine is matured for several months on the fine lees before it is finally bottled.
