Vinification of Prosecco Frizzante by Corvezzo

This elegant sparkling wine from Italy is organically produced from the Glera grape variety. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately brought to the winery. There they are sorted and gently pressed. Fermentation of the base wines then takes place. After the cuvée is assembled, further maturation follows on the basis of the Charmat method. Afterwards, Corvezzo Prosecco Frizzante ages in the bottle for a few months and is then disgorged.
