Vinification of the Ragazza Rosato from Villa San Giorgio

The basis for the first-class and wonderfully elegant Ragazza Rosato cuvée from Villa San Giorgio is carefully selected grapes. After harvesting, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally drawn off. Once the wine is finished, the Ragazza Rosato is carefully harmonized.

This Italian rosé wine is best enjoyed moderately chilled at 11 - 13°C. It goes perfectly with omelette with salmon and fennel, roasted trout with ginger pear or fruity endive salad
