More information about Rauenthal Estate Riesling trocken - Georg Breuer

The light-footed Rauenthal Estate Riesling from the pen of Georg Breuer glides into the glass with a brilliant light yellow color. Poured into a white wine glass, this white wine from the Old World shows wonderfully expressive aromas of pear, apricot, lemon and passion fruit, rounded off by other fruity nuances.

The Georg Breuer Rauenthal Estate Riesling presents itself to the connoisseur wonderfully dry. This white wine is never coarse or meager, but round and smooth. On the tongue, this light-footed white wine is characterized by an incredibly light texture. The final of this youthful white wine from the wine-growing region of the Rheingau, more precisely from Rauenthal, finally thrilled with good reverberation.

Vinification of the Rauenthal Estate Riesling by Georg Breuer

This elegant white wine from Germany is made from the grape variety Riesling. After the hand harvest, the grapes immediately reach the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally drawn into bottles.

Food recommendation for the Rauenthal Estate Riesling by Georg Breuer

This German white wine is best enjoyed moderately chilled at 11 - 13°C. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to fruity endive salad, roasted trout with ginger pear or spaghetti with yogurt mint pesto.
