More information about Riesling feinherb - Weingut Manz

In the glass, the Riesling from the Manz winery presents a brilliant shimmering light yellow color. The first nose of the Riesling presents nuances of lemons, kumquats and oranges. The fruity parts of the bouquet are joined by more fruity-balsamic nuances.

Weingut Manz Riesling reveals an incredibly fruity taste to us on the tongue, due in no small part to its residual sweet profile. On the tongue, this light-footed white wine is characterized by an incredibly light texture. Due to its vital fruit acidity, the Riesling is fantastically fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this white wine from the wine-growing region of Rheinhessen finally inspires with good length. There are again hints of grapefruit and pomelo. In the aftertaste, mineral notes of the soils dominated by clay and marl join in.

Vinification of the Riesling from Weingut Manz

This elegant Riesling from Germany is a single-varietal wine made from the Riesling grape variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Rheinhessen. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into soils of clay and marl. After harvesting, the grapes quickly reach the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Riesling can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months....
