Vinification of the Roero Arneis from Fontanafredda

The basis for the balanced Roero Arneis from Italy are grapes from the Arneis grape variety. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of this process, the Roero Arneis is allowed to continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months. Once the wine is finished, the Roero Arneis is carefully harmonized.
