More information about Scheurebe feinherb - Lergenmüller

With the Lergenmüller Scheurebe a first-class white wine comes into the swirled glass. In this it presents a wonderfully brilliant, light yellow color. The first nose of the Scheurebe presents of nectarines, gooseberries and mirabelles. The fruity parts of the bouquet are joined by more fruity-balsamic nuances.

The Lergenmüller Scheurebe presents itself to the wine connoisseur wonderfully dry. This white wine is never coarse or meager, but round and smooth. Light-footed and multilayered, this light white wine presents itself on the palate. Through its concise fruit acidity, the Scheurebe presents itself on the palate fantastically fresh and lively. In the finish, this white wine from the wine-growing region of the Palatinate finally inspires with considerable length. Once again, hints of mirabelle and nectarine appear.

Vinification of the Lergenmüller Scheurebe

This white wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Scheurebe. For this wonderfully elegant varietal wine from Lergenmüller, only the best grape material was brought in. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
