Vinification of the Tellus Syrah Lazio from Falesco

The well-balanced Tellus Syrah Lazio from Italy is a single-varietal wine made from the Syrah grape variety. After the grape harvest, the grapes are transported to the press house as quickly as possible. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks and large wooden vats at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the Tellus Syrah Lazio is matured for a few months in French oak barrels.
