The basis for the balanced Ùle Shiraz Lazio from Italy is grapes from the Syrah grape variety. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of this process, the Ùle Shiraz Lazio can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months. Once the wine is finished, the Ùle Shiraz Lazio is carefully harmonized.
