The Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore by Cecilia Beretta shines in the glass in an intense ruby red and reveals its wonderful bouquet with the aromas of wild berries. These fruity notes are rounded off by subtle nuances of undergrowth and roasted aromas.

This Ripasso Superiore convinces on the palate with the impressions of ripe berries and a fine melt. This powerful, soft and harmonious wine ends in a long, fruity finale.

Vinification for the Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore by Cecilia Beretta

This red wine cuvée is vinified from the grape varieties Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara. The grapes for this are from Veneto and were strictly selected. 

This red wine is produced according to the Ripasso Superiore method, which means that the grapes are first dried on drying racks. This results in a concentration of the flavors. The ageing for this Italian wine took place for 12 months in barrique barrels.
