Vinification of Verbian Bio from L’Autin
This powerful white wine from Italy is organically produced from the Verdesse grape variety. The grapes for this Italian white wine are harvested exclusively by hand once optimal ripeness is assured. After hand harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and gently crushed. The fermentation then takes place in bottle fermentation at controlled temperatures. Following vinification, the wine undergoes several months of aging on the fine lees before finally being bottled.
