The Winkl Sauvignon Alto Adige/South Tyrol Terlano DOC from Cantina Terlan shines in an intense straw yellow with delicate, green shimmer in the glass. This unfolds an enormously fruity bouquet with the aromas of apricots, mandarins and passion fruit, accompanied by elderflowers, nettle and mint.
The fruity impression can also be recognized on the palate and is accompanied by a fine acidity, full-bodied and tasteful. This South Tyrolean white wine particularly impresses with its elegant texture. The long finish is characterized by a mineral and at the same time aromatic reverberation.

.The grapes are picked and selected by hand, the pressing of the whole grapes is followed by a natural clarification of the must by decantation. The must is then fermented slowly and temperature-controlled in stainless steel tanks, then aged for 5 to 7 months on the fine yeasts, 80% in stainless steel tanks, 20% in large wooden barrels. One month before bottling, the cuvée of the two wines is formed
