The Vigna Pedale Castel del Monte Riserva DOCG from Torrevento is a real medal-winner. This single-varietal Nero di Troia from Apulia comes into the glass with a deep, ruby red color. At the edges, this top wine turns a delicate garnet red. The first nose of Torrevento's Vigna Pedale promises wonderful aromas of pepper, forest floor, mushrooms, undergrowth and all kinds of black berries. Thyme and mineral nuances from the limestone clay soil round off the bouquet of the Vigna Pedale perfectly.
