Vinification of Aurea Gran Rosé Toscana by Frescobaldi
The balanced Aurea Gran Rosé Toscana from Italy is a single-varietal wine made from the Syrah grape. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Tuscany. The vines penetrate deeply into soils of clay and limestone. Aurea Gran Rosé Toscana is a true Old World wine in the best sense of the word, as this Italian exudes an extraordinary European charm, clearly emphasizing the success of wines from the Old World. When perfect physiological ripeness is achieved, the grapes for Aurea Gran Rosé Toscana are hand-harvested exclusively, without the help of rough and less selective machinery. After harvest, the grapes are quickly transported to the press house. Here, they are sorted and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in large wooden vessels at controlled temperatures. The fermentation is then followed by several months of aging on fine lees, before the wine is finally racked off.
