The Bianco Dosaggio Zero from the wine-growing region of Piedmont presents itself in the glass with a brilliantly shimmering platinum yellow. The perlage of this sparkling wine appears in the glass. The bouquet of this sparkling wine from Piedmont impresses with nuances of green apple, brioche, lemon and peach. Pursuing the aromatics further, broom also comes to the fore.

Vinification of the Bianco Dosaggio Zero from Erpacrife
This sparkling wine clearly focuses on a single grape variety, namely Moscatel. Only the best grape material was harvested for this exceptionally elegant varietal wine from Erpacrife. In Piedmont, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of sand and limestone. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately brought to the press house. There they are sorted and gently broken up. This is followed by the fermentation of the base wines.
