The basis for the first-class and wonderfully balanced Bianco Vient E Voria cuvée from Antica Masseria Venditti is Coda di Volpe, Falanghina and Trebbiano grapes. After being hand-picked, the grapes are quickly brought to the winery. There they are selected and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation is complete, the Bianco Vient E Voria can further harmonize on the fine lees for several months.
