Vinification of Free Red alcohol-free from Bree

This elegant red wine from Germany is made from a variety of different grape varieties. After being hand-picked, the grapes are brought to the press house as quickly as possible. There they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine is aged for several months on the fine lees before it is finally drawn off. After the wine is finished, Bree Free Red alcohol-free is gently dealcoholized.
