This dry red wine from Jankara is for purists who like their wine dry. The Cannonau di Sardegna comes very close to this, as it was pressed with just 2 grams of residual sugar. Vinification of the Jankara Cannonau di Sardegna

This powerful red wine from Italy is made vegan from the Alicante Bouschet and Cannonau grape varieties. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in small wood and large wood at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled. Once the wine is finished, the Cannonau di Sardegna is carefully harmonized.
