This powerful red wine from Italy is made from the Alicante Bouschet, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cannonau, Carignan and Syrah grape varieties. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in small wood at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the powerful 755 mt Isola dei Nuraghi is aged for several months in oak barrels. Once the wine is finished, the 755 mt Isola dei Nuraghi is carefully harmonized.
