Vinification of Tantini Giovanna Chiaretto Bardolino
This balanced Italian red wine is made from the grape varieties Corvina, Molinara, and Rondinella. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Veneto. The vines root deeply in limestone soils here. The berries for this Italian red wine are harvested exclusively by hand once they are perfectly ripe. After harvest, the grapes are quickly transferred to the cellar. Here, they are sorted and gently crushed. Following this, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The fermentation is followed by several months of aging on the fine lees before the wine is finally bottled.
