With a little side layer, the red wine glass reveals a charming garnet red tone on the edges. This Italian cuvée presents wonderfully complex notes of plums, shadow morals, black cherries and plums in the glass. In addition, there are hints of gingerbread spice, oriental spices and bitter chocolate.
This velvety red wine is impressive and multifaceted on the palate. The Corte Brá Amarone della Valpolicella is impressively fresh and lively on the palate thanks to its fruity acidity. In the finish, this red wine from the wine-growing region of Veneto finally inspires with beautiful length. There are again echoes of black cherries and shadow morals. In the reverberation, mineral notes of the soils dominated by clay and limestone are added.
Vinification of the Corte Brá Amarone della Valpolicella of Sartori di Verona
The starting point for the first-class and wonderfully powerful Cuvée Corte Brá Amarone della Valpolicella from Sartori di Verona are Corvina, Corvinone, Oseleta and Rondinella grapes. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Veneto. Here the vines dig their roots deep into soils of limestone and clay. After harvesting, the grapes quickly reach the winery. Here you will be selected and carefully broken up. This is followed by fermentation in a stainless steel tank and large wood at controlled temperatures. The fermentation is followed by ageing for a few months on the fine yeast before the wine is finally withdrawn.
Food recommendation for the Corte Brá Amarone della Valpolicella of Sartori di Verona
Enjoy this red wine from Italy ideally tempered at 15 - 18°C as a companion to Boeuf Bourguignon, lamb ragout with chickpeas and dried figs or Ossobuco.
