This elegant Spumante from Italy is made from the Garganega and Moscatel grape varieties. Immediately after the grape harvest, the grapes are brought to the press house. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation of the base wines then follows. After the cuvée has been assembled, further maturation takes place using the Charmat method. The Cielo e Terra Cuvée Deor Gold Collection Spumante then matures in the bottle for several months and is finally disgorged.
