Vinification of the Di-Vèrto Trebbiano D'Abruzzo by Torre Dei Beati
This white wine clearly focuses on a single grape variety, namely Trebbiano. Only the best grape material was used for this exceptionally well-balanced varietal wine from Torre Dei Beati. In Abruzzo, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on sandy soils. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. There they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and large wooden casks follows at controlled temperatures. After fermentation is complete, the elegant Di-Vèrto Trebbiano D'Abruzzo is aged for another 12 months in oak barrels.
