Vinification of Femar Vini Epicuro Montepulciano d'Abruzzo
This balanced red wine from Italy is made from the Montepulciano grape variety. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately brought to the winery. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks and large wood at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine is aged for several months on the fine lees before it is finally bottled.
