The Fruit de Mer Riesling from Weingut Lergenmüller in the Palatinate reveals a brilliant, light yellow color in the swirled glass. To the nose, this Weingut Lergenmüller white wine shows all sorts of nectarines, grapefruits, grapefruits, peaches and pomelo. The elegant Fruit de Mer Riesling from Germany is a single-varietal wine, vinified from the Riesling grape variety. After the harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Fruit de Mer Riesling can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months....
