The Gewürztraminer Alto Adige is an Old World wine in the very best sense of the word, as this Italian exudes an exceptional European charm that clearly underscores the success of Old World wines. After harvesting, the grapes are brought to the cellar without delay. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.

This Italian is best enjoyed moderately chilled at 11 - 13°C. It is the perfect companion to baked sheep’s cheese parcels, vegetable salad with beetroot, or spaghetti with yogurt-mint pesto.
