Heerkretz Riesling trocken - Weingut Steitz

The Steitz Heerkretz Riesling is a first-class vegan white wine. It offers a wonderfully brilliant, light yellow color. Vinification of the Heerkretz Riesling from Steitz Winery

The elegant Heerkretz Riesling from Germany is a single-varietal wine, vegan vinified from the Riesling grape variety. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks and large wood at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging for several months in oak barrels. After the wine is finished, the Heerkretz Riesling is carefully harmonized.
