The Lambrusco Grasparossa DOC from Cantina Puianello is a dry semi-sparkling wine from Emilia Romagna. It shines with intense ruby red color and fine perlage in the glass, the bouquet smells very fruity, with scents of violets, sour cherries, tart blueberries and raspberries. 

On the palate it presents itself dry, full-bodied and tasteful, little, with light tannins, fresh and stimulating. The finish is long and harmonious.

Vinification of Lambrusco Grasparossa frizzante secco by Cantina Puianello

For this sparkling, dry Italian semi-sparkling wine from Emilia-Romagna, only grapes of the local grape variety Lambrusco Grasparossa are vinified, which grow on the hills in the cultivation area around Reggio Emilia, near Scandiano and Canossa. The grapes macerate between 48 and 72 days on the skins to obtain a better tannin content, followed by fermentation, second malolactic fermentation and ageing in the stainless steel tank. If vinified as sparkling wine, the second fermentation is carried out using the Charmat method. The Lambrusco grass parossa is dry aged.
