Vinification of Josef Rosch Leiwener Riesling
The basis for the elegant Leiwener Riesling from the Mosel is grapes of the Riesling variety. After hand-picking, the grapes are quickly brought to the winery. There they are selected and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine matures for several months on the fine lees before it is finally bottled.
