This balanced white wine from Germany is organically vinified from the Riesling grape variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in the Palatinate region. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into soils of loam and loess. After harvesting, the grapes quickly reach the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in small wood at controlled temperatures. After the completion of fermentation, the organic Master Riesling Bio is aged for another 12 months in 500 l oak barrels.
